The Web Questionnaire Design Tool is a React and Nodejs based application to ease the process of designing complex questionnaires. Freely available questionnaire design systems, such as Google Forms and Survey Monkey do not support the complexities necessary for large data collection surveys. The Web Questionnaire Design Tool is intended to have a simplistic user interface, and provide instant feedback to the developer, while also supporting extra complexities. The back-end server provides a REST server with authentication and validation of requests.
