Human Natural Language Processing is an interest that dates back hundreds of years. Stanford CoreNLP, NLTK, and Word2Vec provide out-of-the-box solutions for NLP, and they are at the forefront of the technology world with chatbots, robots, and other forms of AI. Using this idea, and the technology, it's possible to examine data, and reviews on wines, to properly classify them, and predict their quality. This process takes a great deal of preparation, but the results can have great benefit.
