In music, playing a song by ear is the ability to reproduce a piece of music they have heard without having any transcribed form of sheet music and is an important skill that is often neglected by musicians. For this reason, I have decided to develop a training tool for learning musicians to hone their ability to play by ear. This paper will discuss the technologies used, design and development process, as well as the results achieved.
