The following paper will discuss the construction of a mobile application for  providing a community-based, two-sided online mobile platform that facilitates the  process of booking and renting private parking spots for car commuters. On one end of  the app, it enables users to list their spot and earn rental money. On the other end, it  allows other users to find convenient parking for affordable prices.
