Presenting Interaction Behaviour Collector (IBC), a new tool to help understand how users interact with web applications. With the use of a webcam this tool tracks where the user is looking on the screen while they interact with a cognitive test. The rationale behind this type of data collection is that we can recognize patterns and behaviours to pinpoint areas which the user finds confusing. In addition to this, we hope that this tool will provide insight into how users interact with web applications in order to allow us to improve web application usability.
