ABSTRACT
This centralization of data for the esports program at Carleton is an attempt to connect the fragmented data and records relating to all esports at the university. With the esports program being run by an organization with yearly turnover, there in a higher need for accessible, accurate, and quality information. The goal of this project is to gather and centralize the information and recordkeeping related to esports and gaming at Carleton over the past 5 years and create a platform that can be accessed, maintained, and updated with relative ease over the foreseeable future. This project includes the database used in this record keeping, a tool used for adding and accessing information in the database, samples of the data being stored, and the outline of the new directory structure for storing additional documentation and records.
