The goal of the WPAP image generation project is to create a tool that can generate an image in the WPAP art style when given an input image, and provide an alternative to existing manual methods of creating WPAP-style images. The tool uses edge detection, triangulation, and WPAP-style coloration to create WPAP images which are based on the provided input image. The tool succeeds in creating images of a style similar to WPAP, albeit with noticeable differences when compared to manually created WPAP images.
