This project is an Android application designed to connect people looking to adopt a pet and people looking to give their pet away. Each person has an account and can function as both a person looking to adopt and a person looking to find their pet a new home. Each person gets to flip through the pets available with the options to filter or sort the pets by a number of qualities including type (Cat, Dog, Rodent, etc.), weight, age, etc in a format similar to many mobile dating applications. When they have found the pet they desire, they can click to message the owner about meeting up, payment, etc. Payment is not exchanged within the application.
