This project aims to explore the development process of a web application using several modern and widely used technologies. The web application is a meal planning software, but this serves as a secondary objective to using the new technologies. The main technologies studied in this project are Django, React, and MySQL, but it also investigates Ubuntu Server, NGINX, jQuery, and Bootstrap. All these technologies are popular choices for modern web development but also were not covered in my previous courses at Carleton.
