This research uses the basic "web crawler" technology to obtain data of COVID-19 from the official websites of China and applies python for visualization to describe the spread of COVID-19 in China and the process of the government and people fighting the COVID-19. By describing the entire process from the discovery of an unknown pneumonia case to controlling the spread of COVID-19 in Wuhan and comparing the epidemic prevention process in Guangdong Province with official actions of the Chinese government during the same time period, we will explore which important events or protective measures have successfully resisted the spread of COVID-19 in Wuhan.
