ABSTRACT
Finding music to go beside a video file is a common issue that creators find. Doing so requires effort in finding or creating the music and merging it with the initial video. Music creation using computers is normally done using a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). This process takes a large amount of time and requires effort on the creator's part to generate the music. The Music Synthesis from AV1 Decoder project explores the concept of automatic music generation. This automated generation uses an AV1 encoded video as input and aims to generate an accompanying piece of music for that video and merge it back with the video.
