ABSTRACT
English Premier League (EPL) is the top level of the English soccer system, contested by 20 clubs. It has always been widely welcomed and attracted lots of fans around the world. It can always gather people together and give them joy while watching it. With the development of data recording and the popularity of big data, various data in soccer matches can be accurately recorded and open to the public. People believe that with the use of neural networks they can better predict the results, rather than through the estimation by experienced fans. The goal of this project is to produce a functional neural network that can use the betting odds that are given before the match to predict the outcome of future English Premier League (EPL) soccer game results.
