The project focuses on the economic aspects of the ongoing pandemic by analyzing factors such as the employment of workers, sales data from manufacturers, service providers, and other businesses. I was inspired by the visualizations and dashboards created by leading researchers on Tableau Public during my research. Therefore, I decided to use Tableau to create all the visualizations and dashboards for the project. However, due to the sheer volume of data available, the project only looks into a specific date range of data to better understand the effects of the pandemic on the Canadian Economy.
