Nowadays, the hotel industry is developing rapidly with the progress of society and the development of tourism industry. The demand for efficient hotel management system by hoteliers is increasing rapidly. In response to this challenge, the objective of this project is to design and implement a multifunctional Hotel Management System with all basic functions of hotel management. The development of this system is based on the Qt framework, and the system use SQLite as its database. The system support all basic functions of hotel management including Check-in service, Check-out service, Reservation service, Hotel room management, Hotel staff management, Hotel guest management, Hotel transaction management, User login and Change password. During the development of the system, all functions and the database of the system have got tested comprehensively. As a result of the development, this Hotel Management System is an easy-to-use multifunctional hotel management system with good compatibility and relatively high security level and has all basic functions of hotel management that can prevent manual errors, reduce costs and provide strong support on hotel management. Which means that basically the objective of the project has been achieved.
