This report marks my documentation and reflection of the entire development cycle of my Bachelor’s of Computer Science Honors final year project. Through the means of this project, I got a chance to deploy my acquired skills from my 4 years of experience as a computer science student. My project, AceUni, is a web-based application platform to help new and upcoming university students to get access to course-related practice material to help them learn and solidify their concepts. AceUni uses Nextjs for its front-end website GUI, back-end functionalities are implemented using express.js and MongoDB, and JWT (JSON Web Tokens) and Cookie Cutter are used for user authentication and active session tracking. From this wonderful opportunity, I got the chance to expand my academically-learned concepts through self-learning. AceUni is a web storage application that makes easy accessibility and retrieval of course-related content for users that are signed up.
